levertovfanI read an article in the New York Times about Isa Moskowitz, a post-Punk vegan cook. Doing more research, I found this recipe for Mango Ginger Tofu. Doesn't it sound fabulous? Recording this in livejournal will ensure I come back to it when mango is cheaper/in season.
