I read in my "Uncle Ben's Bathroom Book" that people are allowed to vote if they are dead if they sent an absentee ballot in before crumping. I live in a state run by a vastly incompetant man- Schwartzenegger- in a country run by a vastly incompetant man- Bush. Suddenly the whole political situation makes sense: somewhere the dead are laughing at us.
