May. 6th, 2004 11:19 pmIn my life there is lots of random imput. Munster cheese, people burning an effigy of Mickey Mouse on the lawn, the strange alcohol rules in the US, the emotional ups and owns of the people I live with, Erica's show music drifting from her room, Erica's grandmother going through surgery, my English teacher delivering his very sharp comments via email, figuring out how to make frosting, strange Texan politics in the Molly Ivans essays I've been reading, the smell of eggs drifting up from the kitchen. Often, I don't know quite how to reconcile it all. I wish periods of my life were organized around a theme.
Yes, I've got a little alcohol in my system right now. Callen came back from the geology fieldtrip on her 21st birthday with some hard lemonade that I politely accepted and then drank too fast.
