1. Reading books
2. When I have a shorter attention span, reading articles
3. Vegging out
4. Watching TV
5. Taking a walk

8. Cleaning ( I can't lower my stress/blood pressure/anxiety level until I've done it...)
9. Putzing around livejournal and the internet
10. Discussing important philosophical issues with my stuffed animals
