Temping

So I've been working as a temp at the temp agency. I've been working as an administrative assistant for Accountemps, which is the division of Robert Half International specializing in providing acounting temps, under the auspices of Office Team, which is the division of Robert Half International specializing in administrative positions. It's been quite interesting seeing the way that a well-run temp agency works from the inside. The staff managers rotate between recruiting and screening candidates, working with client companies, and cold calling prospective companies. It's neat to see in action. They're very efficient about finding placements, but they also provide really good customer service, calling to check on how things are going with the temps and companies where temps are stationed.
