WHHEEHAHA! (I'm done with my comps)

I had my comps defense this morning. Professor Zabin and Eric did not, as I suspected they would, jump me through hoops about the individual situatedness/ historical situatedness debate. Instead, everyone asked questions that actually related to the meat of my paper, and issues I had already thought about. At the end, both Professor Zabin and Eric Hilleman complimented me. I have very little doubt that I passed. WHHEEEHAHA! I'm done.

All I have left to do this term is my stats project and my stats final.

After those are done, I anticipate spending some quality time with the Two Towers Extended Edition, Moulin Rouge, and some other movies I still haven't gotten around to seeing, as well as a solid pile of library books. I'm thinking of rereading King Lear..
