The comps is due in 16 hours(I think my subtraction is right.. I can't be expected to do arithmatic at a time like this.) Everything in my comps is complete aside from two paragraphs that I need to reread stuff for and write. I'm meeting with Jess at 7:30 to proofread.

Serena Zabin sent out an email saying that the entire class would be expected to attend the defenses during class time. My defense is the only defense scheduled during class on Wednesday, which means that if people come with extra questions, it will probably go much longer. Just what I needed to soothe my stress...

Thank you muchly.

Am feeling much better about it.

I should try to be in contact with you one of these days. I have an email from Astrid that's been lying around in my inbox for most of the term. By the way, she is attending university and living with her long-term boyfriend and seems to be doing well.

Sigh, I lost contact with her. And Eve, too. Have you heard from her? On the upside, I see Beverly every few days, as she lives two blocks away. : )

I think I told you when I last had contact with Eve. It was the summer before we all started college. At that point, I think she was planning on going to junior college for a while.

I guess I kept in contact with her a bit past that, then...

What was she doing when you last heard from her?

About what you said -- going to community college, letting her family push her around, not living up to her potential, etc.
