It's 11:30 at night. Someone outside started honking their horn. Repeatedly. Then stopped. Then started again. Probably 10 honks in a row. Then stopped for at least a minute. Then started again. From where the horn is coming from, I'd estimate that they run the chance of waking up people in at least four apartment buildings, maybe 200 people. In short, this is exceedingly rude behavior. Just as I was tempted to do something, I hear a "Shut the f*** up, you f***ing *******. People are trying to sleep." Then a pause, and then a "Sorry" for the benefit of awakened slumberers.
