So I got the job. After how long the job search has taken, it feels rather anti-climactic. It's going to be 20 hrs/wk rather than 10, which is nice. What isn't so nice is that I'm going to be working 8-12 Monday-Friday, which given that I'm dependent on public transit, limits both the hours and geographic locales for a second job. Since I have to wake up at 6, it limits how late said second job can run and since I'd like at least one free day per week... yeah. On the other hand, a lot of retail businesses need someone during the afternoon rush.

Might want to look at starbucks for the other job, I think they have a really good policy about giving benefits to part time workers...
