I'm improvising a curry from chickpeas, buttermilk, onions, carrots, and a yam, plus this extra spicy channa masala mix I have, because I'd like to finish some of the things that are in my fridgerator before I go home on Tuesday. This could be good or it could be very bad.

I have an interview over the phone with the AmeriCorps people this afternoon and I still have phone ear from work last night. What is phone ear? asks the uninitiated. Phone ear is the feeling in your ear canal you get when you spend a lot of time holding a phone to your ear. I'm popping my ears a lot in preparation.

You were right about the curry. It is a little too spicy but edible. And my phone ear is also little too spicy, but luckily it isn't edible. Although it brings to mind some sort of chocolate ear with cinnamon filling.
