It's been this amazingly intense week at work since the National Partnership team has gone from three people to me, and on top of that I've been guiding a new National Partnership Associate into her job and preparing my (pretty large) part in orientation. The thing I was most nervous about was the guiding a newbie into her position, and I think I've done a really good job of that. It's a really good feeling to be excelling. The next new National Partnership Associate starts tomorrow. Since I've done it before, I'm feeling much more confident about my role in guiding her into it.

Overall, when I was in school, my personality didn't change much. At the end of high school, I was voted least changed since middle school. In middle school, people remarked on how constant my personality seemed to be. And in college, I don't feel like I changed that much either. But now, I really feel that my work experience has changed me for the better, that I am a different person then I was two months ago, and that the person I was two months ago was papably different from the person I was seven months ago when I started. It's an argument, I suppose, against staying in school one's entire life.
